Jessica had oral surgery to try and bring her stray tooth over to where it belongs. She's recovering nicely.
And for the project of the week - Jhonny and I have spent a lot of time at Home Depot getting wood and supplies to make our dining table. Here is the raw product - almost done. It just needs a few more adjustments before staining. Cost of all materials including a new tool to help with the job = @ $300.00. Without the new tool - @ $200.00. Not bad considering the cost of a table this size is no less than $1000 before the chairs.
Found these chairs at Garden Ridge. These were the most expensive part of this project.
Don't know what time Jhonny came to bed or got up this morning - here is the staining job so far. Once it's dry - we just need to add the polyurethane coat and then we can assemble our new dining table.
